NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
SASKATCHEWAN BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU FEDERATION
Notice pursuant to s.125 of The Non-Profit Corporations Act, 1995 is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the members of the SASKATCHEWAN BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU FEDERATION will be held at the Core Richie Neighbourhood Centre 445 14th Ave, Regina, Saskatchewan on Sunday March 10th, 2019 and commencing at 3 PM. The following business will be conducted:
- Receiving and considering the annual report and financial statements for the 2018 year;
Dispensing with an auditor/reviewer; - Reviewing and considering the fees and honorariums implemented over the past year and any amendments;
- Electing directors (the first three year term being expired, the positions on the board are all open for nomination); and,
- Any other business requiring a vote of the membership tendered to the President in advance.
All members are free to attend and take part in discussions; however only regular (‘club’) members are entitled to vote on any resolutions.
