2020 Annual General Meeting

Notice pursuant to s.125 of The Non-Profit Corporations Act, 1995 is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the members of the SASKATCHEWAN BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU FEDERATION will be held at the Northwest leisure Centre 1127 Arnason St, Regina, SK, on Sunday February 23, 2020 and commencing at 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. 

The following business will be conducted:

1. Receiving and considering the annual report and financial statements for the 2019 year;
   1. Dispensing with an auditor/reviewer;
2. Sasksport Update
3. Provincials post review
4. Referee Seminar
5. SaskBJJ hosted Seminar
6. Memberships
7. Any other business requiring a vote of the membership tendered to the President in advance.

All members are free to attend and take part in discussions; however only regular (‘club’) members are entitled to vote on any resolutions.
