Membership gives you benefits and supports The Saskatchewan Brazilian Jiu JItsu Federation Inc. (SaskBJJ). The organization is based on membership of individuals, and clubs throughout Saskatchewan. It is through the membership that SaskBJJ is able to continue the growth and development of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) programs and services for all BJJ practitioners.
All athletes with valid memberships will have their Belt Rankings recognized by an official sport organization. Keeping your membership valid and accurate helps the Saskatchewan Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation preserve the ranking of an athlete, Instructor or Professor. In order to register for tournaments sanctioned by SaskBJJ athletes must have a valid membership.
Membership is based on the following annual fees:
- Adult Membership – $25.00 (18 and Over)
- Youth Membership – $20.00 (Under 18 years of age)
- Coaches Membership – $25.00 (Free entry to all SaskBJJ events)
- Non Profit Club Membership – $250 – Membership are required to be paid by December 31st. After December 31st a $100 late charge will be applied.
- For Profit Club Membership – $350.00 – Membership are required to be paid by December 31st. After December 31st a $100 late charge will be applied.
- All membership are valid for the calendar year January 1 to December 31st.
